- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting techniques like cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget to identify those with a genuine interest and buying potential.
- Conduct in-depth product or service knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively and benefits to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to developing winning sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Research and identify target markets to expand our customer base.
- Input lead and customer data into CRM system and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating leads and exceeding sales quotas (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present products confidently or services.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
