Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity and results
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRMs and sales software
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
