Sales and Leadership Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leadership Representative to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a Sales and Leadership Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring new sales agents to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory, building strong professional relationships and establishing trust and rapport with customers.
- Training and Mentoring: Dedicate part of your week to training and mentoring new sales agents on the team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead by example, and take initiative to drive sales growth.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and sales staff.
Requirements:

- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Mastery of product knowledge to effectively train and mentor new sales agents.

Additional Requirements:
