Phase Technologies is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to build out their human resource team.  As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and hiring talented individuals for our company. 



Responsibilities:


  • Design and update job descriptions. Ensure accurate and appealing job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates. Utilize various online channels, our HR software, and various recruiting tools to find qualified candidates.
  • Craft Recruiting Emails. Review, create and update existing recruiting emails. 
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications. Use our BambooHR software and telephone screens to evaluate existing candidates.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers. Communicate about the qualifications of each role advertised with the hiring manager to ensure the proper skills and qualifications are set forth in job descriptions. 
  • Monitor and Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the HR Director. Monitor job ads to ensure hiring managers are providing timely feedback.  Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Director to determine which candidates qualify for interview.
  • Attend and participate in candidate interviews.
  • Advertise job openings. Post job openings utilizing BambooHR as directed by the Director of HR.
  • Career Fairs and Recruitment Events. Represent Phase Technologies at career fairs and other recruiting events.  Identify new recruiting event opportunities.
  • Send job offers. Send job offers as directed by the Director of HR.
  • Gather Data. Provide key metrics to the HR Director, including, but not limited to, tracking the time it takes to fill positions, hire positions and what sources of hiring are most beneficial.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment in candidate evaluation.
