SUMMARY
Serves in the Human Resources Department managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical
staff.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Adheres to agency policy and procedures, CARF and DMHSAS standards and criteria, federal and state confidentiality
rules and regulations and any special funding source requirements.

 

Supports and promotes a service environment for individual in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that
is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives.

 

Attends annual core competencies training in relationship to individuals with co-occurring disorders or who have
experienced trauma in their lives.

 

Manages the day-to-day full cycle recruitment efforts for assigned positions including sourcing, interviewing, selection and
on-boarding of new hires.

 

Creates a positive candidate experience and improve quality of hire while maintaining effective and responsive fill times.

 

Generates qualified candidates through cost effective sources – networking, social media tools including outside job boards
and leveraging local and university job boards, career sites, etc.

 

Assures agency website stays current and up to date with current job openings.

 

Conducts phone interviews and initial interviews to discuss position / program details, evaluate skill set, technical abilities
and overall fit for position, job responsibilities, benefits and compensation.

 

Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data
pertinent to classification, selection and referral.

 

Assist managers with hiring procedures, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews

 

Posts open positions internally and externally on recruiting sites. Manages the job postings on the HOPE Community
Services, Inc. website and assures positions stay current and up to date.

 

May cross train and perform duties of other support staff positions to help cover during absences, as assigned by supervisor.

 

Travel may be required using personal vehicle. Reimbursement for use of personal vehicle in the performance of agency
business will be made in accordance with agency policies.

 

Performs other related duties, as assigned.
