Duties:

  • The candidate should create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, to support the training programs. Regularly update the content to reflect the latest features, best practices, and industry trends related to Microsoft Excel.
  • The candidate should stay up to date with the latest updates, features, and functionalities of Microsoft Excel and continuously expand their knowledge and expertise in Excel-related tools, formulas, macros, and data analysis techniques.
  • The candidate should offer personalized guidance, troubleshooting, and expert advice to help participants overcome obstacles and improve their Excel skills.
  • The candidate should handle administrative tasks related to training programs, such as scheduling, registration, participant tracking, and reporting. Maintain training records and provide regular updates to the training team.
