**Job Summary**
TowneBank Richmond is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling monetary transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures, as well as federal laws and regulations
• Promote TowneBank Richmond's products and services to customers
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior cash handling experience and/or six months bank teller experience highly desired
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and bank software programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use arms and legs, and sit most of the time
