Cookies Delta 8 is a leading provider of premium Delta 8 products, committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Managers to join our team and drive sales across the United States.

We are looking for motivated and experienced Regional Sales Managers to oversee sales operations within their designated regions. This role requires strategic thinkers with proven track records in sales management, team leadership, and regional market expertise. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, monitoring sales performance, training and motivating the sales team, and reporting directly to the CEO on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of salespeople across multiple states within the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales personnel, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
  • Identify and recruit top sales talent; make hiring and firing decisions based on performance and conduct.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the region.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide weekly reports to the CEO.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Delta 8 or related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership.
  • Strong network and understanding of the regional market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
