Pocket Link USA – Sales Account Manager – Southeast Region
Company Overview: Pocket Link, an established multinational software company, is seeking an energetic, aggressive self-starter to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. This is a field-based position focused on managing outbound phone, email and in-person contact with existing and prospective clients within the Southeast region.
Location Requirement: Candidate must reside in the Miami, Florida metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Identify and attend relevant trade shows and engage with industry associations.
- Client Relationship Management: Generate and qualify new leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with new and existing contacts through phone calls, in-person visits, networking, and industry events to expand our solutions' reach, drive new business, and secure contract renewals.
- Pre-Sale Leadership: Master and lead all pre-sale processes.
- Presentations and Demos: Conduct remote and in-person presentations and demonstrations.
- Team Participation: Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
- Compliance: Adhere to all established policies and procedures of Pocket Link.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving/exceeding revenue expectations, preferably in B2B, software, SAAS, subscription, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid and active driver’s license.
Employment Details:
- Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday.
- Compensation: Base salary + competitive commission structure with unlimited growth potential.
