Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Leader is to promote and sell medical devices and associated services to healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and outpatient facilities. This role requires establishing and nurturing relationships with these healthcare providers.

Key Territory: This position encompasses the South Florida region and the Eastern Florida Coast, extending from Miami to Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Create, maintain, and implement an annual business strategy for the designated territory.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales targets.
  • Engage in national, state, and regional sales exhibitions.
  • Submit timely expense reports.
  • Stay informed about the managed healthcare landscape.
  • Educate clients through discussions, presentations, and informational materials.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Must be capable of operating a motor vehicle regularly and hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Frequent lifting of product sample cases weighing between 20 and 50 lbs.
  • Occasional standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to sit for long durations and utilize close visual acuity for computer work.
  • Work in a general office environment with occasional requirements to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
