Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for optimizing sales and enhancing market presence with current clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Your focus will be on specifying various product lines within the Healthcare and Spaces sectors. A solid understanding of the construction and bidding processes is essential. This role emphasizes relationship-building with architecture and design firms. By fostering strong connections within our client base, you will establish yourself as a knowledgeable resource and product specialist in the industry. Daily activities will include meetings and presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.

The ideal candidate will: Reside in the vicinity of Fort Lauderdale or Miami and possess a genuine enthusiasm for selling high-quality, valuable products. The position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal relationships are crucial. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with excellent presentation and computer skills. Previous experience in outside sales, particularly in construction or building products, with a focus on architects and designers, is necessary. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
