The Caviar Co. is looking for a passionate and driven Brand and Partnerships Manager to join our team As a fast-growing luxury brand, The Caviar Co. specializes in creating unforgettable and decadent experiences using one of the world's finest delicacies: caviar. The Caviar Co. is a sister-founded and San Francisco-based purveyor of fine caviar and roe, for life’s everyday indulgence and luxurious occasions. Established in 2015 with a mission to provide unsurpassed caviar collections with quality, integrity, and sustainability, The Caviar Co. conducts business with absolute transparency, sources with great care for the planet, and provides artisanal products with undeniable reliability.

General responsibilities:

  • Take on and grow the voice of The Caviar Co. in the caviar and luxury goods markets.

  • Ensure that The Caviar Co.’s marketing initiatives build the brand, drive the narrative, and increase its cultural relevance.

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager in developing and executing The Caviar Co.’s marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

  • Edit and approve all external communications and digital and physical content.

  • Work with other areas of marketing, such as research, content, social, and design, to align branding decisions with product development.

  • Own product development and go-to-market strategy for all new products.

  • Manage relationships and timelines with external manufacturing partners.

  • Represent The Caviar Co. at events and build our network of strategic partners.

  • Build out The Caviar Co.’s Partnership Playbook and further define our Partner Ecosystem.

  • Work with the CEO and marketing team to identify potential brand partners and develop and cultivate relationships.

  • Work closely with and help manage agencies and other brand partners.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years experience managing luxury brands and high-profile relationships.

  • Experience in product development and manufacturing is a plus.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong research abilities to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.

  • Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and adapt strategies.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

Travel Requirements:

  • This role requires 25% travel both in and out of state.


Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position. The Caviar Co. offers Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, a 401k option with employer matching after one year, and a flexible PTO policy. All employees also receive a discount on caviar and champagne.
