Now hiring Production - Assembly Line Associates in Dunmore, PA


Pay Rate: $15/hr | Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production - Assembly Line Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work on an assembly line, performing various tasks to assemble components into finished products. Your responsibilities will include following assembly instructions, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of the final product meets company standards. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

- Assemble parts or components according to instructions

- Operate machinery and tools used in the production process

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

- Report any issues or problems to supervisors promptly


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred

- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
