Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build and maintain sales representative lists of activities.
  • Maintain contacts to assure we have appropriate data assigned to them (persona, sales representative, title, contact information, etc.)
  • Follow up on deal status for up-to-date detail and accuracy.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, RFP’s and other materials needed for client meetings or pitches.
  • Organize and coordinate hospitality around client driven events (meetings, offsite activities, etc.).
  • Administer and deploy all Sequences for sales team.
  • Lead role of RollWorks 360 program
  • Manage assignments to sales team
  • Work with marketing to use our technology to send warm leads to sales
  • Coordinate all trade show detail surrounding shipment of booth, securing lodging, securing equipment rentals, etc.
  • Administer travel coordination for sales reps/staff for all trade show activities.
  • Manage our internal sales hub- update content as needed and as directed.
  • Administer travel coordination for Senior Tea and other Client Services / CES team members as needed.
  • Own resource gathering for Requests for Proposals.
  • Manage master view of all client presentations and status from conversations to quoting.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or coordination role, showcasing the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic sales setting.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other relevant tools for efficient job performance.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in priorities, processes, or customer needs ensuring agility in a dynamic business environment.
