**Description**

The Sales Support Coordinator is the primary role supporting the Regional Sales Function. As such, the Sales Support Coordinator must be customer-focused, highly responsive, and committed to meeting the needs of the sales organization. This role is responsible for processing all client contracts, sales related correspondence, and forms for the Region. The Sales Support Coordinator is also responsible for administrative support of the sales team, including the VP of Sales and the Regional Sales Director. The Sales Support Coordinator will coordinate training of new sales staff, trade show logistics, manage any and all client surveys and mailings, and manage inventory/distribution of all sales related materials. This position will be located at the Central Region in Columbus, Ohio.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**Contract Management**

* Facilitate processing of all client additions and changes in DDF Client Database.

* Enters client specific information into DDF

* Maintain all client contracts and supporting documentation

* Submits all new contracts and billing change contracts to Sparks Corporate Billing Department.

* Tracks and approves all new sales contracts and lost contract in the monthly gained/lost report using CRM

* Helps compile bids for government owned facilities

* Generates monthly sales reports and forecasts for the region

**Administrative Support**

* Provides administrative support to Regional Sales Director

* Coordinates training of all Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives

* Coordinates trade show logistics.

* Maintains inventory/distribution of all sales related materials

* Maintains inventory/distribution of all sales manuals. Make any/all necessary changes and update manuals accordingly.

* Prepares daily and monthly reports

* Audits CRM request additional training for Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives as needed

* Answers general billing questions and direct teammates to proper authorities as needed

* Coordinates sales meetings

* Collaborates with billing, the National Sales Team, and Trident Mobile Clinic Services Team as needed

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

* Must have strong administrative, and organizational work experience, preferably in a sales support position.

* Minimum 3 years experience.

* Must have PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications with exceptional strength in excel and access.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

* Must be able to take direction from several managers and yet manage work independently. This is particularly important since the Sales Managers often work remotely.

* Must be conscientious, detail-oriented and discrete with confidential information. Should always possess an open and friendly yet professional manner. Problem solving and listening skills are a must to work with the sales staff.

* Ideal candidate will show the ability to work in a fast- paced environment, handle pressure calmly, adapt to changing priorities.

* Must be flexible as work dictates.

* Extra time at work may be required during busy season.
