OverviewThe Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet high standards within the produce company.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming, on-hand, and outgoing products on-site by confirming required specifications in compliance with USDA standards
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory record
  • Communicate the required adjustments and quality control information to relevant departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Demonstrate a keen attention-to-detail and accuracy when selecting orders, particularly those requiring special attention to quality
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following established standards and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years Produce Experience
  • Produce Pro experience preferred
  • Pallet Jack experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs- Required

Schedule: Night Shift - (4:30pm - Start time)
Compensation: $21.00 Hourly
