We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as our customers' main point of contact and work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders and create work orders
  • Receive and process shipments for customer's equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Research and provide solutions for customers regarding suitable vendors
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns raise by clients

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for several hours a day
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Bending, kneeling, standing, grasping objects required

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or service coordination
  • Experience in the Metrology industry is a plus
