Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPart-Time Office Administrator Pay Rate: $18 - $19Location: Memphis, TNHours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday Help oversee the daily workflow of a large pallet company in Memphis, TN This part time position allows for an excellent work life balance while still being able to provide clerical and administrative assistance. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all visitors at the front desk.
  • Answer the main phone line.
  • Coordinator office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance is being met.
  • Oversee daily office operations.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role and/or office setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task; prioritize daily work assignments and manage time wisely.
