POSITION SUMMARY


The Yacht Sales Administrator supports the yacht sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing sales transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating client interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Ensuring the factory specs ordered match invoices received
  • Assists Management with short-term, long-term projects as well as daily tasks
  • Assists with the information flow & requests from our sub-dealers
  • All aspects of the new yachts presented online matching the company expectations. Window stickers matching orders.?
  • Coordinates with sales team members as well as their customers in choosing soft goods, options & previewing interior samples in person as well as thru presentations.
  • Assists in the interior and exterior design of all yachts being ordered
  • In conjunction with Marketing Team, helps execute successful boat shows & staging of vessels on display.

SKILLS??

  • Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel and Zoom – all highly proficient
  • Detail oriented
  • Work in a fast passed multiple task-oriented environment
  • Website and listing support skills
  • Customer satisfaction, both internal and external


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS


  • 3-5 years previous experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization
  • Positive interaction with all team members
  • Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives
  • Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
  • Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
