Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, answering phone calls, and organizing paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Track and manage inventory
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the marine construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
