Job Overview

As a Luxury Yacht Consultant at Nautical Ventures Marine LLC, you will play a pivotal role in our sales division, focusing on advising and assisting clients in their journey to select and acquire high-end yachts. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing sales through knowledgeable guidance, tailored service, and a profound understanding of each client's distinct yachting aspirations.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales Proficiency: Propel yacht sales by engaging with prospective clients, discerning their requirements, and presenting appropriate yachting options.

2. Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service throughout the purchasing journey.

3. Market Acumen: Remain updated on the latest yacht models, features, and industry trends to provide precise and current advice to clients.

4. Customization Guidance: Support clients in selecting and personalizing yachts to align with their preferences and lifestyle.

5. Negotiation Skills: Expertly negotiate agreements and finalize sales, ensuring satisfaction for clients while maintaining dealership profitability.

6. Post-Sale Support: Offer follow-up services, coordinating with various departments for maintenance, customization, and after-sales assistance.

7. Networking Opportunities: Engage in industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to generate leads and enhance the dealership's market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in luxury goods, maritime, or yachting sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of yachts, including technical specifications and customization options.
  • A client-focused approach with a dedication to delivering superior service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and certain holidays.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Position Type:
