Responsibilities

Staff Oversight: Manage office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities.

Client Service: Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy adjustments, and claims processing.

Administrative Support: Handle office administrative tasks, scheduling, and document management.

Policy Management: Coordinate policy renewals, updates, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive team success and client satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure office practices adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve goals.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

License: Active NY Property & Casualty License is required.
