Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Risk Assessment: Analyze clients' insurance needs and evaluate their risk exposure to recommend appropriate coverage.

Policy Review: Review clients' existing policies to identify any gaps or areas of improvement.

Insurance Program Design: Collaborate with clients to design custom insurance programs that suit their specific needs and provide adequate coverage.

Policy Servicing: Assist clients with policy documentation, endorsements, and other servicing needs.

Claims Support: Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate and expedite the claims process.

Account Retention: Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and retain their business.


Requirements

Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably as an Account Manager.

License: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of New York.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to meet and exceed client expectations.

Technical Competence: Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in policy analysis and documentation.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers.
