Responsibilities

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims efficiently and effectively.Policy Review: Analyze existing policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend suitable insurance solutions to meet client requirements.Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for client businesses, making recommendations for coverage adjustments as needed.Renewals: Manage policy renewals, ensuring a smooth transition and proactive communication with clients.Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, policy details, and correspondence in compliance with industry regulations.Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage and provide guidance on additional insurance products.Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

Licensing: Must have a valid Illinois Property & Casualty insurance license.

Experience: 3 years experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field is preferred.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and insurance carriers.

Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry practices.
