WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of experience in related industry, dispatch, and/or coordination
  • Service Titan experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment
  • Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SUPPORT

As an Administrative Assistant - Customer Support, every day involves a dynamic blend of customer care and operational finesse. Your primary role is to ensure that every incoming call is met with preparedness, a positive tone, and active listening, setting the stage for exceptional customer service. Beyond answering calls, you are responsible for guaranteeing that the service schedule is organized, keeping an eye on the schedule throughout the day to ensure punctuality, and dispatching the right technician for each service call. Your proactive approach also extends to making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and reviewing any unaccepted recommendations from the technicians.
