- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Substance abuse facility experience.
- Two years of experience working in a medical front office setting, preferably in a social or human services organization.
- Understanding of addiction, criminal, and homelessness issues and ability to provide non-judgmental, client-centered services.
