ABOUT THE ROLE​

As the Director, Client Relations, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance our organization's market position. In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to identify, negotiate, and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. Your focus will be on creating and executing partnership strategies that align with the company's objectives and contribute to overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerships Team Leadership: Directs the Partner Success and Partner Relations teams, upholding exceptional service standards and guiding key performance outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversees diverse client groups, including hosting clients and site owners, striving for high client satisfaction and relationship enhancement.​
  • Business Development and Revenue Growth: Explores new managed service opportunities, expanding the hosting client base and sales avenues to enhance the company's revenue streams.​
  • Operational Strategy and Execution: Formulates strategic plans for the operations team to ensure high uptime and client objectives are met with precision and efficacy.​
  • Contractual and Financial Vigilance: Sources and negotiates hosting contracts to secure favorable terms, and oversees client invoicing to ensure timely payments, sustaining the projects and company's financial health.​
  • Efficiency Enhancement and Reporting: Collaborates with the software and operations teams to streamline processes and compiles comprehensive operating reports for stakeholder transparency.​
  • And other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU​

  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.​
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.​
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.​
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.​
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with overall business objectives.​
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management.​
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.​
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
