The Client Relations Coordinator will be integrated within the Operations Division, collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Supervisor and reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.


Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and managing all incoming domestic orders and invoices, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing support for Direct Import as required.
- Overseeing pending orders, transfers, and returns.
- Assisting in inventory oversight.
- Managing and updating allocations in accordance with supervisory directives.
- Reviewing sample orders and placements after consultation with the compliance division.
- Planning and forecasting bailment acquisitions in collaboration with the commercial team, including processing and invoicing.
- Reviewing and placing orders for Park Street, along with invoicing and item management within the Park Street Navigator system.
- Maintaining a special discount calendar (SPA) as directed by Sales Directors.
- Handling the breakdown and categorization of monthly warehouse charges.
- Managing the maintenance of the Distributors system (i.e., eRNDC) for new items, vintages, and pricing updates when applicable.
- Supporting and assisting Operations, various departments, and the leadership team as part of the ZipRecruiter culture.
- Ordering supplies as needed.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Client Relations.
- Ability to cultivate comprehensive product knowledge to assist both internal and external clients.
- Organized, customer-focused, results-driven, and a collaborative team member.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Capability to meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite: MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with ERP transitions.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP is advantageous.
