Client Service Manager

Pacifica Continental is in search of a dedicated Client Service Manager to oversee a distinguished financial institution. The selected individual will be tasked with directing the daily functions of the Client Services Team across various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Client Services team to ensure adherence to established service level agreements and objectives.
  • Assist with a range of functions including online banking, callback services, wire transfers, and additional services.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, Associate's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Strong familiarity with database management software, internet applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
