The Account Executive will manage the scope, budget and timeline of all projects, maintain communication with ministry team members, and create a project management tracking system for the department. The Account Executive will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have a growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ
2. Must align with the beliefs, values, and mission of First Baptist Atlanta
3. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
4. Minimum 1-3 years experience in communications
5. Must be adept at oral and written communication
6. Must always be accessible for addressing emergencies that may arise
7. Must be proficient with programs in the Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite
8. Must possess robust copywriting and editing skills
9. Must possess strong administrative skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Communicate with ministry team members to gather information about a projects scope, budget, and timeline
2. Collaborate with communications department team members to develop a comprehensive project plan that includes detailed deadlines and assignments
3. Assign and track internal tasks to project completion
4. Inspect project deliverables
5. Complete project billing and post evaluation
6. Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and any other functions to ensure an efficient office environment
7. Help develop and manage special projects as needed
8. Assist with project tasks as needed
9. Attend project meetings as needed
10. Maintain accurate records and produce quarterly metrics for the department
11. Stay current in industry trends and product developments
12. Whatever it takes
