Job Description:


As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving wholesale sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the cannabis industry. Reporting directly to the CEO & CAO and collaborating with various teams, you will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, strategic selling, and comprehensive product knowledge. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the company's overall business objectives. Additionally, you will partner with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of sales orders.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the CEO & CAO to develop and effectively communicate weekly product menus aimed at stimulating increased sales orders.
  • Partner with logistics and transport teams to guarantee the efficient and compliant delivery of all approved sales orders, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Engage proactively and coordinate efficiently with the Processing and Inventory teams to uphold up-to-date product availability, thereby facilitating seamless order fulfillment processes.
  • Execute precise data entry tasks on seed-to-sales platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling all inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the CAO & CEO, contributing flexibly to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Requirements:


  • HS Diploma Required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of CT cannabis market.
  • Friendly personality with a passion for assisting customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exposure to seed-to-sales platforms
  • Detail Oriented
  • Customer Service
