Role Summary

Support the Sales Team in managing ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather all pertinent project details through the survey and code verification process to provide the Sales Representative with the necessary information for proposals.
  • Compile and request freight estimates, installation bids, graphics, and other related materials.
  • Issue purchase orders for installers to conduct surveys.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in project management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Work Environment and Hours

This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required occasionally and will be communicated in advance.
