Legal Marketing of Mediation Services to Law Firms:

  • Craft and unleash dynamic marketing strategies and PR campaigns tailored to diverse legal practice areas.
  • Write and edit compelling press releases, articles, and blog posts that captivate and engage.
  • Orchestrate and elevate events, exhibits, and conferences, including high-profile speaking engagements and strategic follow-ups.
  • Design and drive innovative branding programs to amplify practice visibility and impact.

 

Estate Planning:

  • Build and cultivate strong connections with referral sources in the healthcare community, such as active living facilities to provide estate planning services.
  • Oversee and optimize a territory while managing a detailed and active contact database.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients for ongoing estate planning support.
  • Lead outreach efforts through compelling community presentations and targeted special events.
  • Work closely with the clinical teams at facilities to ensure smooth communication and integration of estate planning services.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance and sustain engagement and service uptake among residents.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to build and maintain census.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience specifically in both legal and outside sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of both fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative business development solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, including experience delivering persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment, with a knack for meeting tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating and sustaining relationships with referral sources and clients, enhancing business development efforts.
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance required for travel to client meetings and other visits.

As our Business Development Coordinator, you'll take the lead in energizing and transforming our marketing and public relations strategies for both our mediation practice and estate planning services.

This role involves traveling to various locations to engage with attorneys to promote our mediation services, and facility managers and others to promote our estate planning services. You’ll need to manage your travel schedule efficiently and maintain accurate records of visits and interactions.
