Location: Lenexa, KS


Job Description


This position is accountable for supporting the activities of the Administrative department by providing administrative and clerical assistance and performing assigned Administrative duties. These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reconcile our business from financial and inventory standpoints.

  • Answering all incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct party.

  • Completing paperwork accurately associated with new customers, route reconciliation, deposits, payables, etc.

  • Overseeing the collection and submission of other reports to appropriate departments.

  • Handling a variety of other administrative job duties including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, reporting, and sales analysis.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or GED.

  2. Two years of previous experience is preferred.
