The Retail/Cafe Associate can expect to:

  • Create a welcoming and enthusiastic customer experience by determining their coffee beverage interests
  • Monitor Artly barista robot, assisting in creating delicious craft espresso, latte, and other specialty coffee drinks
  • Serve tea, and drip coffee beverages
  • Engage with guests by presenting and explaining the coffee and describing the variety of 100% vegan donut flavors
  • Engage with guests in the retail store filed with community market products and branded merch
  • Operate point of sale and additional operational needs
  • Count and restock store and cafe inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers
  • Complete opening and closing side-work checklists with a focus on customer experience and cleanliness

This is a tipped position ($3.93 + pooled tips), and we ensure everyone earns at least the equivalent of $16+/hour regardless of shift

Requirements:
  • Have a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
  • Availability to work part-time (3-4 shifts per week) and weekend availability
  • Availability to work the morning café shift starting at 8 am; opportunities to work PM shifts if needed
  • Must be 21+
