Position Summary/Objective:The Business Development Executive position is responsible for all sales activities in the target market community for Epcor Foundry, from lead generation to close. The objective is attained by developing new business opportunities from new customers, building relationships within the industry to attain RFP/RFQs, and growing revenue within assigned clients with minimum penetration.Revenue generation and client satisfaction is achieved by working closely with internal departments and in line with Epcor Foundrys vision and values. The position requires a Sales Executive who is passionate about manufacturing and understands the value of working for an organization with a heritage in the field of Aluminum Casting.


  • Develop new business leads within target markets to drive new revenue for the organization.
  • Work closely with client leadership to uncover new revenue opportunities with existing clients and close sales.
  • Uncover opportunities to complete RFPs/RFQs on a continuous basis and lead completion of all quotes.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Able to travel nationwide 25 - 35% of the time.
  • Sales plan development and execution.


Qualifications:


Education and Training 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred

Work Experience 3-5 years in a Business Development role within a business-to-business environment, 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing sales role
