Join the Galaxy Technologies team as a Quality Engineer and shape the future of Aerospace manufacturing As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and process improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Management Systems: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  1. Process Audits: Conduct Internal and External process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  1. Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. You will play an active role in our Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  1. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  1. Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  1. Supplier Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  1. Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Utilize Catia software to analyze product designs and ensure manufacturability and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Experience with Catia software for product design analysis and manufacturability is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving quality improvements in a manufacturing environment. Must be goal-oriented.
