Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer requirements and address issues or arrange technician appointments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to accurately track and invoice all expenses related to service operations.
  • Design and implement training programs for service technicians.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new service staff.
  • Provide design suggestions aimed at minimizing field issues and reducing operational costs.
  • Maintain organized documentation and project records to facilitate analysis and usage by other team members.

  • Essential background in the Asphalt/Boiler sector.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems, along with proven mechanical skills and familiarity with basic assembly and wiring techniques.
  • Commitment to safety protocols with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to address customer issues, assist with start-ups, and conduct field service and burner application testing.
  • Engage positively with customers to resolve field-related challenges, balancing customer satisfaction with company cost-effectiveness.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for research and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of combustion design principles, including strategies for enhancing stability, emissions control, efficiency, firing rate management, and cost reduction.
