Core Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Framework: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry benchmarks and client expectations.
- Process Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive internal and external evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and initiate corrective measures as needed.
- Data Evaluation: Analyze data trends to identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency gains, actively contributing to our Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Support and Guidance: Provide expert guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Investigation and Resolution: Spearhead investigations into quality issues and lead problem-solving initiatives to address concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Supplier Quality Oversight: Evaluate and monitor supplier quality metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields within the manufacturing sector.
- Thorough understanding of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Proficiency in Catia software for product design evaluation and manufacturability is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of achieving results and driving quality improvements in a manufacturing context.
