Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management Systems: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Process Audits: Conduct Internal and External process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. You will play an active role in our Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Supplier Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Utilize Catia software to analyze product designs and ensure manufacturability and quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Experience with Catia software for product design analysis and manufacturability is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving quality improvements in a manufacturing environment. Must be goal-oriented.
