As a Global Operations Specialist you'll be the champion of excellence for our global clients and applicants, swooping in to save their day with your customer service, critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication superpowers.  Combining your superpowers with your ClearStar experience, you'll manage and fulfill verification requests ensuring all background screening is completed accurately, efficiently, and with adherence to all procedures and policies.


With your superpowers you will -

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and co-workers as well. Provide ongoing customer support on a daily basis.
  • Complete all background screening functions required for assigned cases. This includes application analysis, scope diagnosis, and data entry.
  • Effectively communicate with ClearStar’s global suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Review and adjudicate results related to background screening services in line with ClearStar and customer policies.
  • Participate in special projects or other duties relating to ClearStar initiatives and objectives
  • Complete assigned cases within customer required time frame, contacting customers and/or applicants for additional information or processing guidance when required.
  • Ensure detailed verification services/actions have been completed, no spelling or typographical errors are present, and all information is processed accurately.
  • Manage your assigned workload to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide manager with adequate workflow management information to enable completion of background screening orders in timely and efficient manner.

  • Experience in a ClearStar BSV role
  • Experience working in case management system (CRM) such as SalesForce
  • Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and/or Firefox
  • Prior customer service experience is essential, minimum of 1 Year
  • Fluent speaking and writing Spanish and/or French a plus
  • Attention to detail with the ability to take on detailed activities and complete them with accuracy and consistency
  • Must be able to thoroughly understand ClearStar product and service offerings to assist customers with inquiries and requests for information
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and issues to other team members including customers and ClearStar representatives
  • Ability to achieve success independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to assist customers and team members with a satisfactory resolution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive applicant information
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines and commitments


Salary: The salary range for the Global Operations Specialist role is commensurate with your experience. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
