  • Provide expert advice, implement solutions, and conduct training sessions for clients on innovative CDK Global offerings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CDK Training across diverse workflows.
  • Leverage experience in retail or training with competing DMS software to enhance client engagement.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in primary workflows, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to pinpoint solutions that align with their operational needs.
  • Validate setup configurations and data conversions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to resolve software challenges, functionality discrepancies, and process modifications.
  • Document project milestones and readiness for key stakeholders to maintain transparency.
  • Assist in training initiatives and monitor the progress of trainees to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Mentor and educate new team members on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Coordinate project timelines to optimize the customer experience throughout the implementation process.
  • Be prepared for extensive travel and adapt to varying work conditions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on training or implementation experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the dealership or automotive/truck sector.
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail Automotive Management.
  • 2+ years of experience with CDK Retail Automotive solutions.
  • Retail certification in primary CDK workflows is essential.
  • Preferred: CDK Retail certification in core workflow add-ons.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, troubleshoot, and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Possess strong qualities such as independence, decisiveness, and excellent communication skills.
  • Salary Range: $71,000 - $74,000.
