Operations Specialist _ LGE Air Solutions - - CONTRACTOR

Location will be in Alpharetta, GA What You’ll Do: Order Management Weekly collection and updating customer’s forecast Receiving - Compare warehouse report and system to verify model/quantity match PO confirm - Check forecast and inventory to confirm purchase order from LG HQ In/out Reconciliation - Reconcile System entry and warehouse report regularly Price registration - Enter the selling price in the system Cost Structure creation / update - Whenever the price changes, update the cost structure to determine purchasing price. In case of new model and new warehouse, create new cost structure and share with HQ Expense Management Inventory Reconciliation (Weekly / Monthly) - Reconcile inventory transaction between system and physical shipment Warehouse expense processing (GLAP) - Review the invoice and process payment. Challenge vendor if there's any discrepancy Carrier expense processing(Sales Portal) - Review the invoice and process payment. Challenge vendor if there's any discrepancy Customs clearance & IMMEX processing (GEVS) - Review the invoice and process payment. Challenge vendor if there's any discrepancy Monthly Accrual management - Calculate the expense which is not process within the month and accrual the expense. AR Collection support – Gather AR Collection report / Analyze discrepancies between LG invoices and customer payments. Required Skills Bilingual in English/Korean is required. Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $29.00 In addition to the above, we believe that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We consider geographic pay differentials in final offers. Because we operate in many geographies and have many business units across the United States, where applicable, may not reflect the specific business or geography differential that will apply to the final offer.
