Position Summary

The Client Engagement Specialist is tasked with managing the renewal of customer service agreements within their designated segment. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high levels of customer retention, with a primary focus on client success. Additionally, the Specialist will identify opportunities for upselling premium services and other Veeam products, contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the renewal process for all contracts within the assigned territory to safeguard and enhance Veeam's maintenance revenue, while also promoting additional product offerings.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention, striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Proactively track and manage the timeline of expiring agreements, ensuring timely actions to maintain customer service continuity.
  • Provide accurate and prompt proposals and quotes as per customer and partner agreements.
  • Efficiently address inquiries from customers and partners regarding pricing, contract terms, and service renewals.
  • Engage positively with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for reinstating maintenance agreements.
  • Assist in the negotiation process for service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Veeam's customer relationship management system.
  • Achieve established sales targets and quotas.
  • Focus on enhancing customer retention rates and driving high-volume sales, particularly within emerging customer segments.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in sales within the software or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in support or maintenance renewal sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous work environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, capable of managing a high volume of communications.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of the virtualization industry is a plus.
