RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client and hiring managers to provide knowledge and guidance regarding program processes, policies, guidelines, and next steps
- Responsible for ensuring managers are knowledgeable and abide by the Contingent Workforce program policies and requirements. Monitor program activities and mitigate compliance issues
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and onboarding new candidates for open positions
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Provide on-site training and support to client’s team members, suppliers, and contingent workers
- Ensure client and Eastridge stakeholders are kept up-to-date with timely communications and provide contingent worker program reporting and metrics
- Build meaningful relationships with client’s team members, contingent workers, and staffing suppliers
- Identify challenges and proactively offer possible solutions
- Improve requisition performance by iterating the recruitment process with suppliers, hiring managers, and client’s HR team
- Responsible for developing tracking worksheets and basic reports through Excel tools. Manage the shared G-Suite point system for communication with branches
- Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers by acting as their main point of contact for any questions they may have related to the program, including general program or system support issues. Escalate issues when appropriate
- Manage payroll by auditing timekeeping systems, calculating hours, and processing bonuses, payroll adjustments, and sick leaves.
- Conducts training sessions; Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on technical training sessions to candidates in consideration for manufacturing and production positions
- Assesses the learning experience; Evaluates candidates to ensure training effectiveness and correct any issues that arise
- Monitor the training process to determine if the candidate is qualified for the position based on his/her skillset
- Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of production training programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members
- Maintain records of all training including documents and updates, implementing new training procedures, developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures, and assuring safety in the workplace
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of Recruiting / Staffing / Account management / Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
