A reputable Japanese distribution company is in search of a dedicated individual for the position of Logistics Operations Coordinator. This role encompasses a variety of essential warehouse functions to enhance operational efficiency, including support for inventory management, safety protocols, and compliance initiatives.

Position: Logistics Operations Coordinator
Location: Fremont, CA
Salary: $22/hr. (Dependent on Experience) with excellent benefits
Hiring Style: Full-time, Onsite, Direct hire
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Japanese is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing product order invoices
  • Conducting inspections of manufactured goods for quality assurance
  • Picking inventory for assembly of packages
  • Generating shipping labels
  • Loading packages onto delivery vehicles
  • Creating tracking documentation
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
