Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Starlight sells new homes in Atlanta, Austin, Charleston, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Antonio, and Tampa.

Position Overview:

  • Oversee all Sales Administration functions for the Starlight Atlanta Division as delegated by the V.P. of Sales.
  • Represent Starlight Homes in a professional manner. Be knowledgeable about the neighborhoods.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and excitement regarding Starlight Homes’ outlook. This includes the opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a strong foundation of values and culture, and the ambition to grow the company into greatness

Responsibilities

Oversee all Sales Operations

  • Execute Administrative duties within the Sales Department
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to V.P. of Sales, and Sales Managers
  • Uphold a high level of organization throughout the office
  • Act as a liaison between division initiatives and neighborhood level functions

Main Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage Neighborhood level Marketing/MLS Listings
  • Enter Listings in FMLS/MLS
  • Manage Division Office needs
  • Monitor/submit/approve all invoices for MLS and Neighborhood invoice needs.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and candidate relations
  • Build Team Moral by way of relationships
  • Assist with event planning for the Sales Team and for Division Office
  • Manage Expense report for VP of Sales and Division Office
  • Monitor utility disconnections on closed homes
  • Send monthly Survey email reminder to all who have closed the month prior
  • Participant in the tracking of Compensation and Contest/Reward programs
  • Grand Opening set up (Sales Center set-up/Installs/Trash service/Pitch Pad Pricing/Signage/OSD locations identified/supplies/Community start-up sheet/Final plat to Marketing with Model, Parking, Mailbox Kiosk marked)
  • Accord Presentation – Assist NHSM and team with Accord for Grand Opening
  • Participate in Weekly Lender Backlog Meetings
  • Participate in Monthly Sales Meetings
  • Provide support for Appraisals by partnering with NHSMs and Lender
  • Monitor Sales and updates throughout week
  • Assist with Sunday evening weekly roll up of results to Corporate
  • Update pitch pad pricing for all neighborhoods weekly under the direction of V.P. of Sales
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires during weeks 1 and 4.
  • Manage Photo’s of all new hires of Division
  • Maintain Culture Board
  • Monitor sales and marketing expenses for neighborhood
  • Updating Additional payments in internal system and attaching to the correct offer
  • Inputting lot premiums in internal system
  • Update Base Pricing weekly
  • Assist with Non - BTB Investor sales/contracts/HOO/Closings within the Division
  • Travel to Starlight Atlanta neighborhoods as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the V.P. of Sales, Division Leadership and Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, or commensurate experience
  • 3-5+ years of office admin experience
  • Must be able to travel to local municipalities to fulfill job duties
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation
  • Proficient with use of Computers including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and upbeat individual with strong work ethic, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Maintains a professional appearance as a representative of Starlight Homes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
