Summary


The Salesforce Administrator I (SFA I) will interact with internal business users and Business Process Engineers to understand the business objectives and extract key requirements to assist with building and implementing changes to Salesforce. This role also provides support and maintenance for the users within the system on an ad-hoc basis. This may include the initial analysis and configuration of Salesforce to support new sales programs, and continuous improvement of Salesforce deployments to further improve workflow and sales rep performance. The job also entails working with representatives from the data architecture and business intelligence teams, as well as customer contacts for initial and ongoing data uploads.


Essential Job Functions:


Work with small program launches to implement the standard objectives, likely replicating work done in an existing program

Handle entry level tasks including but is not limited to general data entry, creation of list views and basic formula fields to allow that allow senior resources to focus on complex design/automation

Engage regularly with business process engineers and business analysts in assessing and delivering upon requirements for operations of their Salesforce organizations

Work with larger programs will be assigned as needed

Import/export small data sets (
