TBK Bank Sports Complex is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) for our Level II Fitness center. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, including bonuses and benefits. The CSC will be pivotal in driving membership sales, onboarding new members, and ensuring member retention. Additionally, the CSC will be responsible for achieving individual monthly goals set by the Director and managing daily updates across all social media platforms. This position also involves providing leadership to the reception staff, contributing significantly to the overall success of the fitness club.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial performance by generating new memberships.
  • Meet or exceed individual membership sales targets through referrals, converting inquiries into appointments, and closing prospects.
  • Follow the Complex’s sales process: assess prospective members’ needs, present the Club’s brand, programs, and services, lead engaging tours, present membership options and prices, and close sales.
  • Integrate new members by scheduling complimentary sessions at the point of sale and following up with them at 3, 5, and 15-day intervals.
  • Manage non-joiners with frequent follow-up campaigns to re-engage them.
  • Actively develop leads through online channels, community outreach, partnerships, corporate visits, referrals, and special events.
  • Use the lead tracking system to manage sales leads and member service, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Complete new member data inputs and submit all necessary paperwork (Membership Agreement, Health History, Personal Training Policies, etc.) on the day of joining.
  • Participate in department, club, and company meetings, member functions, outside marketing events, and promotional planning and implementation.
  • Stay informed about competitors and use this information to suggest improvements, ensuring the club remains “best in class.”
  • Foster a customer service-focused environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, creating raving fans and exceptional experiences for members and guests.
  • Proactively address member issues, taking ownership of problems and resolving them within 24 hours.
  • Perform other duties as required. Employee responsibilities are subject to change at any time


Requirements:


· Minimum of 4 years of successful person-to-person sales

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Experienced in graphic design for flyers, brochures and other advertising material

· Must be able to access all areas of the facility to do tours

· Must be able to pass a background check
