Position Summary
As a Sales and Client Relations Associate, your primary goal is to showcase the life-changing advantages of Pilates. This comprehensive workout is tailored for individuals at any fitness stage, emphasizing core strength and flexibility. Your role encompasses managing studio functions, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture a robust referral network
  • Accurately document sales information using Club Pilates systems
  • Engage potential clients through phone outreach and follow-up
  • Conduct informative sales presentations for prospective members
  • Greet and assist members and guests with enthusiasm
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization during each shift
  • Participate in at least one scheduled workout weekly
  • Efficiently handle sales transactions and client documentation
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with management and instructors to ensure seamless studio operations
  • Attend and actively participate in all Club Pilates training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with excellent customer service capabilities
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
